WE WOULD LIKE TO BOOK YOU. WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO?

Once you have dropped us an email and we have confirmed we are available for your date we will then get all the information we need from you for the paperwork side of things! Addresses, contact details etc etc. all of this will be put into an invoice and sent across to you along with the contract. Once we have received the booking fee along with the signed contract then we will confirm your booking with us! Nice and simple.

WHAT WILL IT BE LIKE HAVING YOU SHOOT OUR WEDDING?

Some people are camera shy, others just don’t like being photographed or filmed. When people think of a camera some people still have the image in their head of one of those huge shoulder mounted cameras with a large bright light in their face all day. This couldn’t be further from the truth!

Our cameras very small and record in 4K UHD. This means that your film will stand the test of time. Our photographs could be blown up onto a street billboard. That is how good our cameras are!

We take a fly on the wall approach at the vast majority of our weddings when we are doing video. In the industry it is standard for the photographer to pose the couple so we take a backseat and get all the shots we need whilst working around the photographer.

When we are doing photography we are not shy at gathering crowds and posing our couples. Sometimes a loud voice can really help!

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PHOTOGRAPHING/FILMING WEDDINGS?

Cmotion Films we established in 2015, so 2022 is our 7th year in business. We go from strength to strength every year. Videographer of the year won at the English wedding awards 2018. Over 150 weddings completed. Happy customers all round!

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING ALBUMS?

Of course we do! We offer Large Landscape albums when you order and album with us. But of course we can discuss specific album sizes/parent albums etc.

DO YOU OFFER USB PACKAGES?

Certainly do…our USB packages are custom designed to you needs. Choose from a lovely oak light finish, or a darker walnut wood finish. They are truly beautiful and will look perfect anywhere in your home. On a bookshelf or on display for all to see!

You can choose a larger USB package with small 6x4 photos or you can have just the USB in a small custom box. (Examples can be seen in our added extra section)

CAN I GET DRONE COVERAGE FOR MY WEDDING?

Ohhhh yesss!! One of our favourite cinematic tools is the drone. We use it as a creative tool to enhance your films wether it be a wedding film or a corporate job.

We don’t cover the entire event with the drone, we use it sporadically throughout the event to capture important moments from above and give your film/photos that something extra!

WHAT IS YOUR STYLE TO FILMING?

We like to call it “Creative Cinema”. In Layman’s terms, we use our experience and knowledge of filming to ensure we do everything possible to give you the ultimate end product.

Everything from ensuring our cameras settings are spot on to give you that dreaming look, that blurry back, those extra sharp images! Those beautiful colours, We love working we gorgeous lighting! Anytime we are on location we are searching for pockets of light, composing our shots so they look perfect!

I could go on and on but I won’t bore you anymore! Just know that we are incredibly passionate when it comes to cameras. Our end product will always be something we are proud of!

HOW SOON AFTER THE WEDDING DO WE GET OUR IMAGES AND VIDEO?

During the height of summer we will always give a guideline of up to 10 weeks to receive everything. Simply depends on how much workload we have at that point in time.

You could receive it sooner however we would rather take abit longer and ensure everything is perfect!

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes we do! We will cover just about everywhere in the UK if we are available. We cover Staffordshire weddings, Derbyshire weddings, East Midlands, West Midlands. We have covered just about every county there is. Here are a few county’s we shot in in 2021.

Staffordshire, West Midlands, Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Nottinghamshire, Berkshire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Bedfordshire and many more!

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?

How long is a piece of string? Tough question to answer but we will always say around the 500 mark is about average. Could be more could be a-bit less, all depends on what package you book, all day or partial coverage?

WE DON’T LIKE BEING POSED! WHAT CAN WE DO?

Simply put some people just don’t like being posed! That’s completely normal. We are there not to make you feel uncomfortable but to ensure you are relaxed so we get the most natural looking footage/images possible. Nobody wants to feel on edge when there are cameras are so if we crack silly jokes to make you feel at ease don’t be surprised! 😊

WE HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE A LAST MINUTE VIDEOGRAPHER, CAN WE BOOK YOU?

As long as we available we will do our best to take on last minute bookings! We have covered events for suppliers that have had Covid-19 on 2 hours notice before. The equipment is always ready to go so we are prepared at all times!

in the height of summer we are generally booked 12-18 months in advance for Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Some people secure us even further in advance than that so please do get in touch to avoid disappointment!

CAN WE BOOK YOU FOR A CORPORATE EVENT?

Ofcourse…you can view our corporate portfolio which is growing month by month. Everything from business promotional videos to magazine shoots to cooking shoots. We have filmed businesses such as Merchant Gourmet, supreme showgirls, sporting events including Mark Allen, one of the worlds top snooker stars..Even Celebrity Soccer. If it’s a small shoot you need or coverage for a large corporate event, we’ve got it covered!

WHAT TYPES OF VENUES HAVE YOU WORKED AT?

As you can imagine after 8 years in the industry we have filmed at just about every type of venue there is to film at. Castle Weddings, Barn Weddings, countryside weddings, Manor House weddings, garden weddings, intimate weddings, country club weddings, you name it we have done it.
